At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Dau Dinh Dan, Commander of the Naval Region 2 Training Center, reported on the results of the Center's training of new soldiers in 2025.
Accordingly, from the beginning of the year, the Center has developed plans and training schedules at all levels according to the program; directed the preparation of adequate materials, teaching aids, and strengthened training grounds and training grounds to meet training requirements; the training curriculum system has been fully prepared, ensuring content; developed plans and organized training for 100% of the staff participating in the training.

After 3 months of training, the unit has completed 100% of the content and training program for new soldiers according to regulations. The end-of-training test showed that 100% of the content met the requirements or higher, of which more than 79.9% were good or excellent.
