The Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province requests that agencies, organizations, units, and the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards implement the following contents.

In implementing Prime Minister's Directive No. 102/CĐ-TTg dated June 30, 2025, on continuing to take good care of the lives of people with meritorious services to the revolution on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs; contributing to the effective implementation of the movement "All people care for families of war invalids, martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution", and supporting the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province requests agencies, organizations, units, and the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards to implement a number of contents.

Specifically: Continue to disseminate and thoroughly explain the purpose and significance of the "Gratitude and Repayment" activities and the peak campaign to build the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund in 2025, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of the entire political system and all strata of the people in showing gratitude and caring for those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution; demonstrating the moral principle and tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source," and "Showing gratitude and repaying kindness" of the Vietnamese nation; demonstrating the responsibility of the entire Party, the entire political system, and all the people in rewarding, honoring, and showing gratitude to those who have made many contributions and sacrifices in the cause of national liberation, building and protecting the Fatherland.

Coordinate the mobilization of resources to support the construction of charitable houses, the renovation of memorials to martyrs, the care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and the visiting, gifting, and assistance of those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution.

Focus on completing housing support for relatives of martyrs and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution before July 27, 2025 (mobilizing local forces to assist with transporting materials, construction, environmental sanitation, etc.).

Coordinate the organization of visits, gift-giving, and incense-offering programs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 2025), ensuring they are solemn, practical, and effective. Strengthen information and communication efforts, replicate successful models and best practices in implementation, and create widespread impact among all segments of the population.

Campaign to raise funds for the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund in 2025.

Level of fundraising:

Individuals working in Party organizations, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, political organizations, socio-political organizations, professional socio-political organizations, professional social organizations, social organizations, and individuals working in administrative agencies, public service units, military agencies, police, enterprises, and businesspeople are encouraged to donate at least one day's salary.

Individuals belonging to households within the commune's jurisdiction will have their appropriate donation amount assessed by the commune's gratitude fund management board in coordination with the commune's People's Committee.

In addition to the fundraising efforts for individuals working at the aforementioned agencies, units, and businesses, collectives such as agencies, units, businesses, and entrepreneurs are encouraged to actively participate in supporting the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund, depending on their conditions and capabilities.

The fundraising period runs from July 1st to December 31st, 2025, with a peak period from July 1st to July 30th. Organizations and individuals can donate once or multiple times throughout the year.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requests that agencies, organizations, units, and the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards implement this. The Standing Committees of the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards shall coordinate with the management boards of the Gratitude Fund at the same level to mobilize and encourage agencies and units to organize fundraising for the Fund; and supervise the organization, management, and use of the Fund at the local level to ensure effectiveness.

The results of the campaign to raise funds for the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund should be reported to the Department of Internal Affairs and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee before July 30, 2025.
