The boy riding the bicycle is named Ha Hai D. (3rd grade student), in Thinh Lang ward, Hoa Binh city.

The young man who was praised by the online community and people for his quick action in pulling the child, preventing the consequences of a possible traffic accident, is Mr. Vu Tien Anh (34 years old, in Thinh Lang ward, Hoa Binh city).
