Tin Nguyen is happy to work with director Victor Vu because it is a valuable opportunity in her career.

Tin Nguyen transformed

The role of Mui in the film "Detective Kien - Headless Case" by director Victor Vu is Tin Nguyen's second film role, after the impressive role of Tu Tham in the hit film "Flip Side 7: A Wish" by director Ly Hai. With her versatility and constant efforts, Tin Nguyen is gradually showing the audience her progress through each role she takes on.

Sharing about the role of Mui - a girl living in the lower class of feudal society, gentle and resigned. Tin Nguyen said: "Mui is Tin's first historical role, and also a big challenge because Mui's personality is completely opposite to Tin's real persona in real life. If Tin in real life is talkative and active, Mui is quiet, quiet and very shy"

"Mui loves and protects Dong - the only person who sympathizes with her fate. This is similar to Tin in real life, always cherishing those who have helped her" - she added.

She is showing improvement in acting.

To transform into the role of Mui in the film, Tin Nguyen had to prepare carefully both mentally and physically. According to Tin Nguyen, director Victor Vu is very meticulous, demanding every small detail such as eyes, gait, hand and foot movements - elements that must be expressed closely to the old context.

Regarding appearance, Tin Nguyen had to practice walking with a hunchback to match the character's appearance. During the filming process, the actress born in 1997 did not use any skin care products, keeping her skin natural. In addition, the makeup team also helped create a layer of makeup to make her skin look darker, suitable for the living conditions and personality of the character.

Talking about director Victor Vu, Tin Nguyen feels lucky to be able to participate in the project "Detective Kien: The Headless Case" this time, especially to work with the talented male director. She said that director Victor Vu is an extremely meticulous person from the pre-production stage, so when going on set, everything was carried out quite quickly and smoothly.

Besides, the male director always listens and understands the actors' sharing to find common points to best express the character's personality.

Tin Nguyen is lucky to work with Victor Vu

Notably, Tin Nguyen is participating in two film projects at the same time that will be released on April 30, including "Detective Kien: Headless Case" (Victor Vu) and "Flip Side 8: Sunny Bracelet" (Ly Hai).

"Lucky for Tin Nguyen to be able to participate in a vibrant film season, where Vietnamese audiences can enjoy many quality works from the country's cinema. With each role, Tin Nguyen always tries his best to convey the emotions and messages that the film wants to convey" - Tin Nguyen confided.
