On the morning of March 24, the Steering Committee of Program No. 08-CTr/TU of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee on "Developing the social security system, improving social welfare and quality of life of the people of the capital in the period of 2021-2025" organized a summary, commendation and reward for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

With positive policies and solutions, after more than 4 years of implementation, 19 targets exceeded the plan. Typically, the unemployment rate, the target by 2025 is below 3%, the actual result is 2.54%; the cremation rate, the target by 2025 is 73-75%, before implementing the Program this rate was 64%, now it has reached 82%.

Immediately following the direction of the Prime Minister and the order from the State Bank, from the second half of February 2025 to now, banks have implemented many home loan packages with preferential interest rates.

State Bank Governor Nguyen Thi Hong said that credit in the real estate sector has increased quite rapidly in recent times and real estate credit growth is often higher than the general growth of the economy . The outstanding real estate credit balance is up to 3.15 million billion VND, accounting for over 20% of the total outstanding debt of the economy.

In particular, Hanoi City Police advise people to be vigilant and not to participate in investing or trading on virtual currency exchanges, digital currencies, virtual currency investment applications, especially advertising exchanges that promise high profits or attractive investment opportunities, to avoid having their assets appropriated.
