Changing the model of the Urban Construction Order Management Team:
New demands on effectiveness and efficiency

The transformed urban construction order management team model will also thoroughly overcome existing problems and difficulties to better fulfill assigned functions and tasks.

After June 30, when Hanoi completes the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and builds a 2-level local government organization model, the Urban Construction Order Management Team model under the District People's Committee (old) will also end its operation after 7 years of pilot implementation. In the context of changing administrative boundaries, this model needs to be rearranged and reorganized to continue to promote its effectiveness and efficiency.

Implementing Plan No. 83/KH-UBND dated March 29, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee with the theme "Prioritizing resources to complete goals for children", functional units are implementing many activities such as: Health care, screening for motor and congenital heart defects, giving scholarships and gifts to children in special circumstances, difficult circumstances... All of these activities aim to treat injuries for children in especially difficult circumstances, doing a good job of child protection.

Three super-thin houses completed on the existing walls of old houses on Nguyen Tuan Street (Thanh Xuan District) will not be used and must be merged or the state will reclaim them according to regulations.

After the site clearance for the project to renovate and expand Nguyen Tuan Street (Thanh Xuan District) according to the planning, along the construction site there are still some super-thin houses that do not meet the conditions to exist (area under 15m2). This situation not only causes loss of urban beauty but also poses a potential safety risk if the project is put into use.
