Coach Mourinho stays at Fenerbahce
ESPN news agency said coach Jose Mourinho has decided to continue with Fenerbahce club next season, ending speculation that he will return to lead a top European team.
Coach Mourinho agreed to lead Fenerbahce last season, with a 2-year contract with an annual salary of up to 10.5 million euros.
In his first season, coach Mourinho could not help Fenerbahce break the dominance of Galatasaray. He even left many ugly images, culminating in the incident of pinching coach Okan Buruk's nose.
Man City find De Bruyne's replacement
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano says Man City have finalised a list of candidates to replace De Bruyne after the Belgian midfielder leaves this summer.
Specifically, they are midfielders Rayan Cherki of Lyon, Tijjani Reijnder of AC Milan and Morgan Gibbs-White of Nottingham Forest.
All three players have market values ranging from 40-50 million euros. Cherki alone has a release clause of only 25 million euros, a figure that is too soft for Man City's financial potential.
Jorginho leaves Arsenal for Flamengo
Italian midfielder Jorginho has officially left Arsenal to move to Brazilian club Flamengo, ending a successful seven-year spell playing football in England.
Jorginho is 33 years old this year, born in Brazil but moved to Italy with his family when he was 15. Jorginho chose to play for the Italian national team and had a very successful career with Napoli and Chelsea.
In January 2023, Jorginho moved to Arsenal, but did not win any significant titles in the "gunners" shirt.
