British press reported that MU considers Branthwaite an important solution to upgrade the quality of the defense.

The Polish player will turn 37 at the beginning of the new 2025/26 season. In the final stages of last season, Lewandowski's injury significantly affected Barca's performance, especially in the Champions League.
