Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union awarded funding to support the demolition of temporary houses for 8 households in Bac Tra My.

(QNO) - On the afternoon of May 27, Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union awarded funding to support the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for 8 households in difficult circumstances in Bac Tra My district.

In addition to the support fund according to regulations, each household building a new house will receive an additional 5 million VND from the Provincial Youth Union, each household repairing a house will receive an additional 3 million VND, along with construction materials such as bricks, cement and support for working days from union members and youth.

Recently, the Provincial Youth Union has actively coordinated the implementation of the program to eliminate temporary houses in the three districts of Bac Tra My, Dong Giang and Phuoc Son. Up to now, 100% of temporary and dilapidated houses in Bac Tra My district have been rebuilt or repaired. The goal is that by July 1, the Provincial Youth Union will complete the target of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses as planned.

Identifying the task of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses as the key content in 2025, the Provincial Youth Union has just continued to launch a peak period in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. Previously, during Youth Month 2025, the Provincial Youth Union supported the construction and repair of a total of 29 houses.
