Hoa Binh province leads the country in 2/8 administrative reform component indexes

According to the report on the results of the 2023 Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index) of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities (PAR INDEX 2023) recently announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs , Hoa Binh province leads the country in 2/8 component indexes of the PAR Index ranking of provinces and centrally run cities.

In recent times, Lac Son district has promoted the development of e-government and digital government, thereby providing many practical online public services, benefiting people and businesses more.

According to the assessment results, Hoa Binh province ranked 35th out of 63 provinces and cities in terms of the PAR index. Of which, the appraisal score reached 57.04/61.50 points, the SIPAS index (an objective measure that honestly reflects the assessment results of people and organizations on the service of State administrative agencies through the provision of public services) reached 8.19/10 points; the assessment score for leadership and management impact reached 18.34/22 points; the assessment score for impact on socio-economic development reached 4.32/6.50 points. The total score of the PAR index achieved by Hoa Binh province is 86.89/100 points. This is also the PAR INDEX composite index of the province in 2023.

It is worth noting that through the assessment of 8 component indexes including: "Direction and management of administrative reform", "Administrative procedure reform", "Institutional reform", "Organizational apparatus reform", "Public finance reform", "Reform of civil service regime", "Building and developing e-government, digital government", "Impact of administrative reform on people, organizations and socio-economic development in the locality", Hoa Binh province has 2/8 component indexes leading the country, which are the component index "Direction and management of administrative reform" with the maximum score (100 points) and the index "Administrative procedure reform" of our province reaching 99.93%.
