On the occasion of the Spring of Giap Thin 2024, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province respectfully send our deep gratitude to the revolutionary elders, heroic Vietnamese mothers, heroes of the People's Armed Forces, heroes of labor, war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, families with meritorious services to the country; cordially send to all the people, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, business community, dignitaries, religious followers of the province, and the children of Hoa Binh homeland who are living, studying, working in all parts of the country and abroad our warmest greetings and best wishes for the new year!

In 2023, under the impact of many unfavorable domestic and international factors, the economic growth rate of the province has been greatly affected. In that context, thoroughly implementing the directive documents of the Central Government, the Party Committee, the government, the armed forces, the business community and the people of all ethnic groups in the province have promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, innovation, creativity, implementing many synchronous, flexible, creative, scientific and timely solutions and achieved important results. The work of Party building, rectification, inspection and supervision has been strengthened, the work of planning and organizing cadres has been carried out synchronously, democratically and transparently. Many key socio-economic indicators have reached and exceeded the plan. The fields of agriculture, culture, society, education and training, health care, and social security have continued to receive attention and development, achieving clear results; the cultural and spiritual life of the people has been improved. The people's trust in the Party continues to be firmly consolidated, the government apparatus operates effectively and efficiently; political security, social order and safety are maintained, national defense is ensured, and foreign affairs activities are comprehensively deployed. With the results achieved in the past year, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee respectfully acknowledge and warmly commend the people of all walks of life, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces and the business community for their concerted efforts, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks in 2023.

Welcoming the Spring of Giap Thin 2024, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province calls on all people, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, and the business community of the province to continue to unite, join hands, be proactive, creative, strive, overcome difficulties and challenges, promote and exploit potentials and advantages, create synchronous and strong changes in all fields, successfully carry out socio -economic development tasks, build the political system; maintain national defense and security and do well in foreign affairs; strengthen the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste, contributing to the excellent completion of the targets set by the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
