Images of the industrial design of this super small mini electric car are currently circulating on social networks and attracting great attention from the community. According to the shared images, the new car model of TMT Motors has two side doors, a compact design, for two people, clearly different from the Baojun E100 that TMT Motors previously mentioned. In particular, the design details in the front and rear lights show that this is not the E100 version as expected.

Notably, the TMT logo appears clearly on the new design, suggesting that this is the first electric vehicle model with its own brand distributed or even assembled in Vietnam by this company. TMT Motors has not yet given any official response to the above information.
Previously, at the end of 2024, TMT announced plans to distribute the Baojun E100 - a microcar model of the GM-SAIC-Wuling joint venture, but did not confirm the time of sale. With the appearance of a car model with a different design, it is possible that TMT is developing a new product to be more proactive in terms of brand and market strategy.

If the new electric car model is priced at the same level as the Baojun E100, which is around VND150 million (including battery), it will be the cheapest car model in Vietnam today. This price is only equivalent to high-end scooters such as the Honda SH 350i (VND152.7 million) or Vespa GTV (VND159.8 million).
The official launch schedule of the new car model is currently unknown, but with the move to register an industrial design and signs of localizing the brand, it is likely that TMT Motors is preparing a strategic move in the mini electric car segment in Vietnam.
