Organizing the Inspection Delegation for the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in Dien Bien province in 2025

Implementing Plan No. 6152/KH-BCĐ dated November 4, 2025 of the Steering Committee of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of Dien Bien province on inspecting the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2025, from November 10-21, 2025, the inspection team conducted inspections in Thanh An, Muong Pon, Tua Chua, Tuan Giao, Pu Nhi communes and Muong Lay ward.

The inspection team has the participation of the following departments: Culture, Sports and Tourism, Finance, Justice, Home Affairs, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. The team conducts direct inspections at a number of selected villages, hamlets and residential areas, then works with the Steering Committee of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" at the commune level to evaluate the performance of the Steering Committee of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" at the commune level in leading, directing and implementing the contents of the movement after the merger and implementation of the 2-level local government model.

Through timely inspection, grasp the shortcomings, limitations, difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the movement at the grassroots level to advise, resolve and remove them; propose solutions to continue promoting and improving the quality of the movement in the whole province in the following years.
