As planned, the launching ceremony of the "Digital Popular Education" movement in An Giang province is expected to be held at the Provincial People's Committee Hall on May 19, 2025. The event aims to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and respond to the "Digital Popular Education" movement launched by General Secretary To Lam, in person and online to district, town and city bridges.

At the launching ceremony, the following activities will take place: Launching the "Digital Popular Education" movement in An Giang province according to Plan 01-KH/BCĐTW, dated March 21, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on Science and Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation to deploy the "Digital Popular Education" movement; introducing the Ministry of Public Security's Digital Popular Education platform deployed at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn; launching the lifelong learning support application on the SmartAnGiang platform to serve the "Digital Popular Education" and "Lifelong Learning" movements of people in An Giang province.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung emphasized the importance of the launching ceremony, and requested that relevant departments, branches and units, based on their assigned tasks, review and coordinate to carefully prepare the program of the ceremony. At the same time, prepare video clips and speeches to highlight the role and importance of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement and the "Lifelong Learning" movement to serve the development of science - technology, digital transformation, and socio-economy according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW, associated with following the ideology, morality and style of Uncle Ho and the article of General Secretary To Lam on the "Lifelong Learning" movement.

At the ceremony, instructions were launched for all delegates to install the application to support people "Lifelong Learning" on the SmartAnGiang platform.
