Accordingly, units and localities will arrange funds, mobilize and call on resources from organizations and individuals to visit and give Mid-Autumn gifts to children; pay attention to children in special circumstances, children from poor households, near-poor households, children in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, orphans, children with serious illnesses, children being treated at medical facilities...

The People's Committees of communes and wards, based on the actual situation, proactively develop plans to organize a number of main activities such as: Displaying and promoting typical local products, lantern making competitions, mid-autumn lantern processions, camping, fruit tray display competitions, organizing mid-autumn art programs, giving gifts to children in special and difficult circumstances in the locality...

Encourage units to design diverse and rich lamp models, non-overlapping lamp models; mobilize social resources to organize fun and entertainment activities, ensuring that all children can participate in a joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with agencies, units and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee on organizing Mid-Autumn Festival activities in 2025 at the provincial level to ensure safety, health, practicality and meaning. Strengthen the management, inspection and supervision of cultural products serving children during the Mid-Autumn Festival; promptly prevent and handle violations.

The Department of Health shall preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to strengthen the inspection and supervision of food safety and hygiene, especially food serving the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Provincial Police, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Science and Technology shall strengthen inspection, prevention, suppression and timely handling of the transportation, storage and trading of products, toys and games that are violent, anti -educational , poor quality, toxic, dangerous and unsuitable for children...
