Accordingly, the camp will have about 35 prestigious and highly specialized painters and sculptors from inside and outside the province, directly invited by the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, with an expected participation of 14 works.
Each work is 2-3 m high depending on the space and content of the work. The works must be suitable for the landscape, space and culture of the region. The organizers encourage creative exploration of content and form, using reinforced concrete, composites, metals and synthetic materials suitable for outdoor display.

The time to sketch the work is from April 10 to May 10; the construction, enlargement and staging of the work is from May 20 to August 15. The ceremony to announce the work's use is expected to take place on August 19.
Works created in the camp are funded, intellectual property rights belong to the author, and the right to use the work belongs to the Organizing Committee.
The works will be displayed at Hoi Phu Stream Park (Pleiku City), from Nguyen Tri Phuong Bridge to Minh Thanh Pagoda. This exhibition aims to create an outdoor sculpture complex for people to directly access the works of authors from within and outside the province; form a new attraction, attracting tourists; and at the same time bring literary and artistic works closer to the people.
