Project 06 working group of provinces works with Nam Nhun district

(BLC) - On the morning of May 31, the Provincial Project 06 Working Group led by Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department as Team Leader had a working session with Nam Nhun district on the implementation of Project 06 in the area.

Receiving and working with the working group, on the side of Nam Nhun district, there were comrade: Ha Van Son - Chairman of Nam Nhun District People's Committee; leaders of specialized agencies, District Police; Chairmen and Chiefs of Police of communes and towns.

In order to promote the implementation of Project 06 in the area in 2023, the District People's Committee clearly defines specific objectives, assigns tasks with completion timelines for relevant departments, agencies, agencies and units; organizes the completion of the District Project 06 Working Group; directs the People's Committees of communes and towns to effectively implement the activities of 11/11 Working Groups and Technology Propaganda and Guidance Groups in 69/69 villages and residential areas.

Focus on disseminating to people the benefits and conveniences of implementing online public services; instructing people to register for chip-embedded citizen identification cards and register for level 1 and level 2 electronic identification accounts.

Results of implementing 25 public services on the electronic environment. Of which, 11 public services of the Provincial Police: total number of records received 2,099 records (online 911 records, direct 1,188 records); implementing 14 public services: total number of records received 1,977 records (online 463 records, direct 1,514 records). The rate of implementing online public services on the public service portal reached 87.7%.

The district has collected 18,040 citizen identification records; issued identification accounts and authenticated electronic identification at level 1 and level 2 for 7,902/9,058 people (reaching 87.2%); organized propaganda and instructions to successfully activate 1,078 identification accounts. 100% of the People's Committees of communes and towns have connected and linked birth registration data and issued health insurance cards according to regulations...

In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of Project 06 in Nam Nhun district also has some difficulties: the rate of people knowing how to use public services is still low; equipment for implementing online public services is still lacking; the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees still lack experience and professional qualifications in receiving and handling online public services...

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing existing problems, limitations and proposed solutions to overcome them in the process of implementing Project 06.

Concluding the meeting, Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department highly appreciated the efforts of the Project 06 Working Group of the district, communes and towns. In the coming time, to effectively implement Project 06, ensuring progress and requirements, he requested the People's Committee of Nam Nhun district and members of the Project 06 Working Group at all levels to identify the implementation of Project 06 as a key task and must be carried out regularly and continuously at all levels and sectors on the basis of mobilizing the active participation of people and businesses.

Continue to direct the serious implementation of assigned tasks, promptly overcome difficulties and obstacles and promote the role and responsibility in leadership, direction and administration; improve information and propaganda work, support people and businesses; urgently review and propose the provision of equipment to serve the implementation of online public services, and arrange civil servants and public employees to ensure requirements on professional capacity.
