During the program, delegates were presented by Master Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang, Lecturer of Gender and Development Faculty, Vietnam Women's Academy, on the topic of promoting gender roles in building happy families. In particular, it emphasized the protection of women and children from domestic violence, and the enhancement of men's role in maintaining common happiness.
