Phuong My Chi said that after 5 days since the false information broke out, she felt sad for making her audience worried. The young singer wanted to apologize to her audience.

Currently, she and her management company are urgently looking for all solutions to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The female singer also asked for help from technology experts and confirmed that she is being slandered.

“Technology experts say this is a clip manipulated with deepfake technology (using face-faking technology). Not only Chi, but many famous people in the world have fallen into similar situations, more commonly, fraudulent video calls now also use this technology. However, the expert's opinion is for reference only, so Chi cannot inform you sooner,” Phuong My Chi expressed.

Phuong My Chi suddenly got caught up in a sensitive clip scandal.

The Voice Kids runner-up said that she and her team are trying to find and gather evidence to send a report to the authorities and it will be accepted.

"Cybersecurity experts say that Phuong My Chi is not the character appearing in the video . The clip shows signs of technological intervention," she affirmed.
