Tottenham have agreed to let Harry Kane join Bayern Munich for a transfer fee of 100 million Euros, according to Goal.
According to Goal, after many failed negotiations, Bayern Munich's representative finally convinced businessman Daniel Levy, President of Tottenham, to agree to let Harry Kane leave for a transfer fee of about 100 million euros (about 110 million USD).

So the final decision will be Harry Kane's. The England captain has previously said he intends to leave Spurs this summer. Since then, a number of clubs have been linked with Tottenham in the hope of signing the 30-year-old. A move to Bayern Munich could open a new chapter in Harry Kane's career, having spent the majority of his playing career at Tottenham.
For Tottenham, this is probably a "last resort" move, because if they don't sell Harry Kane now, they will lose him for free next summer, when his contract expires and he can leave on a free transfer.
But this may also make Harry Kane hesitate and not make a decision right away. The simple reason is that if he decides to stay and wait until he can leave as a free player next summer, Harry Kane will have more options for a new destination. Many European clubs want to have Kane's signature and there would be nothing better than getting his signature without spending a penny.
So whether Harry Kane will decide to leave now remains a question mark. The England captain will have to consider whether to go to Bayern now, get a Champions League spot next season, and maybe one or two more individual trophies in the future, or continue to stay at Tottenham until next summer and then decide. He will have to make a decision soon and the Tottenham board will certainly want that too, with the Premier League season starting this weekend, and Ange Postecoglou's team need to have a plan in place to prepare for the match against Brentford on Sunday night.
