Ho Chi Minh City bids for 4 land plots to find investors for urban and environmental projects

Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will bid for 4 land plots to find investors to develop new urban projects and handle environmental treatment.

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued an official dispatch implementing Resolution 400/NQ-HDND of the City People's Council on announcing the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement land use projects in the City in 2025 (phase 1).

Specifically, there are 4 land plots (1 plot in An Phu ward and 3 plots in Chau Pha commune) that will be auctioned to select investors to implement the project.

In particular, the land area of ​​284.2 hectares in An Phu ward will be bid to select investors to implement the project to develop the new urban area project (area number 6, An Phu ward).

Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned An Phu Ward to coordinate with the Department of Finance, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize bidding within 180 days.

Ho Chi Minh City announced the first round of bidding in 2025 for 4 land plots.

In Chau Pha commune, there are 3 land plots up for bid, including: 3.75 ha land plot to implement the Industrial and hazardous waste recycling plant project; 2 ha land plot to implement the Steel and supporting industry waste treatment and recycling plant project; 3.86 ha land plot to implement the Industrial and hazardous waste recycling plant project.

Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned Chau Pha commune to coordinate with the Department of Finance, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize bidding within 180 days.
