The project is invested by the Ho Chi Minh City Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total capital of more than VND 1,124 billion from the city budget. The project consists of 10 floors (1 basement, 1 ground floor and 9 upper floors), with a total floor area of more than 38,000 m², expected to be completed before December 31, 2028.

The Children's Palace space is designed in harmony between the modern indoor area and the green outdoor landscape, including the central square, 1,308-seat water stage, entertainment, learning and physical training areas, and the BMS smart technical system for synchronous management. The project aims to form a comprehensive educational and entertainment center for children in Ho Chi Minh City, a place to nurture global citizens and young talents.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, emphasized that the Children's Palace is an important milestone in the journey of caring for and comprehensively developing children, while demonstrating the city's commitment to building a creative, civilized and culturally rich urban area. This project contributes to realizing the direction of General Secretary To Lam on making Ho Chi Minh City become a leading metropolis in Southeast Asia, not only strong in economy but also rich in culture, arts and sports.

Upon completion, the Children's Palace will become a new cultural and educational symbol, a place to nurture dreams, develop talents and spread the spirit of "Children do small things", expected to become the "childhood home" of the city, contributing to creating a learning, creative and comprehensive training environment for the young generation in the integration period.
