The competition took place over 2 days, May 7-8, gathering 29 schools at preschool, kindergarten and primary levels in the area. Each team participated in 2 competitions: Book storytelling and talent. After 1 day of exciting and enthusiastic competition, Nguyen Du Primary School and Luong The Vinh Primary School both won first prize. In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded second, third and consolation prizes to schools with high achievements.

The contest contributes to educating the tradition of patriotism, the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking", enhancing national pride for children, helping them strive to become good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.
