Participating in the models, people are consulted and guided by the city's professional agencies on intensive crop cultivation techniques; supported with materials, seed prices, packaging, product labels, machinery and equipment, etc. Thereby contributing to changing the production mindset of farmers, creating links between people, cooperatives, and businesses in the stages of production, processing, and consumption, in order to improve productivity and economic efficiency per unit area.

Previously, Pho Yen City also implemented 2 models of linking production and consumption of tea products, with a budget of more than 1 billion VND. When participating in this chain model, farmers have gradually become familiar with the management and organization of community production, proactively applied science and technology to production and had their products guaranteed, avoiding the situation of good harvest - low price. The guaranteed units have also proactively sourced high-quality raw materials, uniform in type, meeting the increasing demand of the market.

Through the implementation of chain linkage models, the quality and value of agricultural products in Pho Yen City have been improved in recent times, gradually forming specialized areas for high-tech agricultural production. By the end of 2023, the average product value per hectare of cultivated land in the city will reach 131.7 million VND/ha (an increase of over 5 million VND compared to 2022); 11 products are certified OCOP from 3 stars or higher...
