Public opinion raises the question: why is the Party organization, which should have made wise decisions to lead the unit in carrying out political tasks; should have been the place where will and belief converge; should have been the place where exemplary implementation of Party regulations and State laws, becoming the subject of disciplinary action? Is it possible that the resistance and fighting spirit within a part of the Party organization are having problems, affecting the ability to self-detect and self-eliminate signs of wrongdoing within the organization?
What is worrying is that in many cases that have been handled recently, the party organization has been manipulated and led to violations by the leader or a group of key officials. Therefore, the violations have occurred over a long period of time, but the party organization has almost no resistance to self-detect and prevent the violations. It has even become a tool and a cover for the violations.
From then on, the principle of democratic centralism became a formality, distorted, the principle of self-criticism and criticism was neutralized, and inspection and supervision work also failed to detect violations.
The consequences are not only losing cadres and damaging the organization, but more dangerously, losing people's trust, affecting the survival of the Party and the regime.
In his sacred Testament, President Ho Chi Minh advised: "Our Party is a ruling Party. Each Party member and cadre must be truly imbued with revolutionary ethics, truly thrifty, honest, impartial and selfless. We must keep our Party truly clean, worthy of being a leader, a truly loyal servant of the people."
Therefore, promoting the leadership role and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations is a regular and continuous task; at the same time, promoting the inspection and supervision role of higher-level Party committees and promoting the eyes and ears of the people. Only then can Party organizations avoid losing their fighting strength and resistance to violations, so that the Party can always be the leader and loyal servant of the People.
