Attending were leaders of the Northern Power Corporation; leaders of Electricity of Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Yen Bai , Ha Giang provinces, and the Northern Power Testing Company.

At the workshop, the leaders of the Technical Department, Northern Power Corporation reported on the implementation of medium-voltage grid incident management, the incident situation in 2025. At the same time, delegates spent time discussing the contents related to testing of materials and equipment before putting them on the grid, solutions to reduce medium-voltage line incidents; solutions to reduce damage to distribution transformers, management of medium-voltage grid corridors, improving the quality of materials and accessories to contribute to reducing grid incidents; the effectiveness of medium-voltage grid automation projects, etc.

Previously, the leaders of the Northern Power Corporation and delegates inspected and monitored the management and operation of the 110kV Tuyen Quang 2 Transformer Station, My Lam Ward (Tuyen Quang City). This is the first digital 110kV transformer station in the Northern Midlands and Mountains provinces, managed and operated by Tuyen Quang Power Company.
