The success of the 10th National HKPĐ shows the close coordination and direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Organizing Committee of the Sports Festival and the People's Committee of Hai Phong City with other provinces and cities in organizing and sending delegations of student athletes to participate.

After 10 days of exciting competition, the student athletes demonstrated their skills and sportsmanship very well and achieved excellent results. The Organizing Committee awarded a total of 271 sets of medals to the athletes in 15 events.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded flags to 10 units with excellent achievements, 20 units with good achievements, and 10 units in the mountainous region with excellent achievements. In which, the leading unit with excellent achievements is Ho Chi Minh City (6579 points), the second place is Hanoi (4653 points), the third place is Hai Phong City (3709 points).

The 10th National Sports Festival in 2024 is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 organizes 11 competitions for primary and secondary school students, with the Football tournament in particular organizing a qualifying round to select the teams with the first, second and third places to compete in the finals in phase 2. Phase 2 is held in Hai Phong with 15 competitions, attracting 8,719 student athletes and officials and coaches from 63 Departments of Education and Training across the country.
