Donated 110 million VND to the disabled and orphans in Yen Nguyen commune

- On the morning of May 29, the Provincial Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans organized a program to give wheelchairs to people with disabilities and bicycles to orphaned students and those in especially difficult circumstances in Yen Nguyen commune (Chiem Hoa).

Leaders of the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans presented wheelchairs to disabled people in Yen Nguyen commune (Chiem Hoa).

At the program, the delegation donated 10 wheelchairs to people with mobility disabilities; donated 20 bicycles to 20 orphaned and disabled students; donated 30 gifts, each consisting of candy, milk and 1 million VND in cash to 30 people with disabilities, orphans, and poor households in especially difficult circumstances. At the same time, 20 million VND in cash was awarded to support the first phase of building a new house for Mr. Chu Van Coong's family, Nhan Tho 2 village, Yen Nguyen commune. The total value of the gifts was over 110 million VND.

This is an annual activity of the Provincial Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans to demonstrate the spirit of "mutual love", helping people with disabilities and orphans reduce difficulties, have more will and determination to rise up in life, integrate into the community, and contribute to the good implementation of social security work in the locality.
