Giving health insurance cards to people of Kham Duc commune

Accordingly, the Nam Giang - Phuoc Son Inter-District Social Insurance (SI) in coordination with Tien Sa Trading and Service Company Limited presented 10 health insurance cards to 10 people in difficult circumstances who were not eligible for SI cards and could not buy SI cards.

The program aims to spread social security policies, encourage people to proactively participate in health insurance to take care of their own and their families' health; at the same time, demonstrate the accompanying role of businesses in social and community work.

Along with the activity of giving health insurance cards, the Nam Giang - Phuoc Son inter-district Social Insurance organized a Communication and Consulting Day on health insurance and social insurance policies at the Nam Giang Medical Center.

The program attracted the attention and response of many people in the area, especially households in remote areas, the elderly, freelance workers and vulnerable groups in society.

At the festival, people not only had access to information about health insurance benefits but also received direct advice on practical contents, such as regulations on contribution levels - benefits when participating in health insurance, social insurance; initial medical examination and treatment registration process; how to monitor the participation and benefit process via the VssID application; new policies on voluntary social insurance, family health insurance; answers to practical situations when examining and treating, transferring, and paying for health insurance medical examination and treatment costs.

The Social Insurance staff, in coordination with medical staff and local organizations, provide detailed and dedicated guidance, helping people understand correctly and fully and feel more confident when accessing the policy. Feedback and recommendations from people are also fully recorded, in order to improve service quality and adjust communications to meet actual needs.
