According to the report, the collection of opinions is carried out through many rich and diverse forms, in particular, some localities have good and creative ways of doing things (such as building a column with an online form, people giving their opinions via Google Form and email box, building a form to collect opinions from union members, association members and people coming to contact to resolve administrative procedures at the reception and return of results department to get opinions on the draft Resolution).
Several localities have organized thousands of conferences, seminars, and discussions to collect opinions from subjects under their management, experts, and scientists (HCMC organized 1,364 meetings, Ca Mau organized 1,056 meetings, Vinh Long organized 1,928 meetings, Hai Phong organized more than 1,200 meetings, Lao Cai organized 1,528 meetings...). According to statistics, the total number of conferences to deploy, disseminate, and conferences, seminars, and discussions to collect opinions on the draft Resolution reached 288,546.
Based on the report summarizing the results of the consultation sent by the agencies to the Government (through the Ministry of Justice ), the Government has compiled the results and the total number of comments from agencies, organizations and individuals on all contents of the draft Resolution is: 280,226,909 comments.
The content of amending and supplementing Article 9 of the 2013 Constitution on the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations received the most attention and comments from agencies, organizations and individuals (with 37,143,884 comments, accounting for 13.25% of the total number of comments from agencies, organizations and individuals).
At the same time, according to the results of public opinion collection on the content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application, although there was a certain percentage of comments on constitutional techniques and other contents, most expressed support and high agreement with the draft Resolution.
Thus, it can be seen that agencies, organizations and individuals contributed very focused comments on the content of the draft Resolution, showing high approval for the scope of amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
All opinions expressed very high approval for the content of the draft Resolution (all contents achieved approval rates of over 99%). On average, the approval rate for the contents of the draft Resolution was 99.75%.
