In welcoming the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029, the Hanoi People's Committee requested agencies, units, hospitals, schools and people in the city to fly the national flag from October 15, 2024 to October 19, 2024.
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for directing, inspecting and reminding about the hanging of the national flag in residential areas; Heads of agencies and units inspect the hanging of the national flag in units under their management.
* With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , term 2024 - 2029 will take place from October 16 - 18, 2024 in Hanoi.
