
Party Secretary and Chairman of Dong Ngac Ward People's Council Ngo Van Nam visited and presented gifts to the family of Nguyen Thi Ta (born in 1932 - wife of a martyr) and the family of Nguyen Thi Vien (born in 1938 - mother of a martyr), both residing in Tru 4 residential group.
Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee Duong Ngoc Thanh visited and presented gifts to three families: Mrs. To Thi Lien (born in 1937 - wife of a martyr) residing in Dong Ngac 4 residential group; Mrs. Pham Thi Hieu (born in 1930 - mother of a martyr) residing in Dong Ngac 1 residential group; and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Hien (born in 1958, 81% disabled) residing in Dai Dong residential group.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Dong Ngac Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Hach visited and presented gifts to two families: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (born in 1948, residing in residential group No. 3); Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuong (born in 1952, residing in residential group No. 2) is a severely disabled war veteran (disability rate 85%).
With gratitude and gifts to the families of outstanding meritorious people and martyrs, the leaders of Dong Ngac ward kindly inquired about their health and wished that the wounded soldiers and meritorious people would continue to educate their children and grandchildren to promote family traditions, contributing to the development of the locality.
Previously, the Ward People's Committee coordinated with the University of Public Health to organize health check-ups, consultations and provide free medicine for more than 700 policy beneficiaries who are war invalids, sick soldiers and families of martyrs in the area.
Dong Ngac Ward currently has 361 martyrs; 215 wounded and sick soldiers and 68 revolutionaries infected with toxic chemicals.
