First Fall Fair 2025:
A vivid picture of the vitality of Vietnamese goods

Mr. Tran Hoai Duc, a sales staff of Winci, said: “This fair exceeded expectations. The number of visitors and sales were also much higher than previous months when compared to a business location.”
Deputy General Director in charge of food business in the Northern region (CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company) Nguyen Thi Nghia shared: "Retail revenue at the fair increased 10 times compared to a normal point of sale, more importantly, it is an opportunity to promote, connect with consumers and introduce new products".
Meanwhile, the "Quintessence of Autumn Hanoi " area gathers about 30 artisans and skilled workers representing many famous craft villages of the capital.
According to the assessment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the first Autumn Fair in 2025 has created a positive ripple effect in society, contributing to honoring Vietnamese goods, while enhancing the image, position and prestige of Vietnam in the international arena.
Innovating thinking, building a responsible, honest, and people-serving civil service

Speaking to reporters of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Dr. Tran Anh Tuan, former Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, emphasized: "The 14th National Party Congress will be an important milestone in the process of perfecting institutions and enhancing national governance capacity, towards building a responsible, honest, modern, effective, and people-oriented civil service."
The draft document needs to clearly affirm the principle: Decentralization and delegation of power must be linked to resource allocation and effective power control mechanisms. It is impossible to “delegate power without conditions”. When subordinates are given authority, they must be given sufficient budget, human resources and tools to ensure conditions for implementation.
The documents of the 14th Congress need to clearly affirm the thinking and emphasize the policy: Shift from "administrative management" to "public service management", from "assessment based on process and procedure" to "assessment based on results". When civil servants attach responsibility to the results of public service performance, the national administration becomes more dynamic and effective.
For the FTA Index to truly be a growth driver

After the first year of announcing the FTA Index - the Index to evaluate the results of implementing FTAs (free trade agreements) in localities, the results have been positive changes in the leadership thinking of a number of provinces and cities in implementing FTAs with businesses as the center of support rather than raising the index score...
Deputy Director of the Multilateral Trade Policy Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) Ngo Chung Khanh assessed: "Many localities only have one officer in charge of FTA, making it difficult to meet the needs of businesses; while most businesses do not have a legal department or experts with in-depth understanding of international commitments."
From the business community, Dr. Nguyen Van Than, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME), commented: "Most small and medium enterprises are still struggling in the processing stage, lacking strategies to penetrate FTA markets."
The Ministry of Industry and Trade is aiming to upgrade the FTA Index to a criterion for assessing local integration capacity, thereby creating positive pressure to force local leaders to pay attention to investing in human resources, policies and supporting infrastructure.
Deviant expression in musical activities:
Seriously correct, towards self-awareness

In recent days, many Vietnamese music artists have been "named and shamed" for having compositions, performances, and words that are offensive, contrary to good customs, cultural deviations, and promote a loose lifestyle...
The case that has caused a lot of reactions about deviation from standards in music activities recently is singer Jack (Trinh Tran Phuong Tuan) with a song containing words that were considered vulgar in the Moonlit Childhood music night that took place on the evening of October 16 in Hanoi.
After receiving public opinion about the incident, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports reviewed the entire event and confirmed that the controversial performance was not on the list of licensed performances. At the same time, they worked with the organizer and singer to clarify the licensing process as well as the performance content, thereby having a direction for handling.
Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Le Quang Tu Do said that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism must strictly rectify and restore order in cyberspace, not allowing offensive and deviant products to spread, causing negative impacts on the community, especially the youth.

Great opportunities and fortunes are built on the country's solid position and strength. Now is the time for the entire nation to join hands to build the nation, opening a new era of wealth and prosperity.
Overcoming the rapids of the times, Vietnam has emerged as a global bright spot. Vietnam's economy has proven its resilience to external shocks, maintaining a growth rate among the highest in the world. Gross domestic product (GDP) in 2025 is expected to increase by over 8%.
The solid “fulcrum” for development is the institution and the system of guidelines and policies that are gradually being perfected, covering all areas. In particular, the 4 “pillar” resolutions and 3 thematic resolutions of the Politburo have become the guiding principle, the leading major decisions that have the meaning of guiding and developing the country in the coming years.
