Implementing the Hanoi Convention: Establishing a network of partners to combat cybercrime

On the afternoon of October 25, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and Ms. Ghada Waly, Executive Director of UNDOC, co-chaired the High-Level Discussion within the framework of the Opening Ceremony for the Signing of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime.

In his opening remarks at the discussion session, the Prime Minister said that the Hanoi Convention is not only a legal document but also a declaration affirming that peace , security and prosperity in the 21st century must begin from a safe cyberspace./.
