Deploying key tasks of Party building organization in the fourth quarter of 2024

On the afternoon of October 9, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a conference to review Party building work in the third quarter and deploy key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2024. Comrade To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

In the third quarter of 2024, the Party building organization sector of the province actively advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to develop plans and provide guidance on party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; promptly advised on perfecting and supplementing the Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to ensure the number according to the Personnel Project of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

Actively advise and direct the work of admitting party members. By the end of the third quarter, the whole province had admitted 2,391 new members.   New party members (reaching 106.1% of the yearly plan), 9 new party organizations established in non-state enterprises (reaching 90% of the yearly plan).

Actively participate in giving opinions on the Central Committee's drafts on preparing for Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th Party Congress; promptly advise on conclusions on political standards for cadres planned and appointed to positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Advise on training contents and cadre policies to ensure compliance with regulations; maintain strict and orderly implementation of the meeting regime, regular, periodic and ad hoc reporting regime according to regulations...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results, advantages and difficulties in implementing the Party building organization tasks in the third quarter of 2024.

Regarding the key tasks of the fourth quarter of 2024, Comrade To Van Tu, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Organization Committees of district, city and affiliated Party Committees to focus on advising the Party Committees at the same level to direct the implementation of preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; continue to advise on the plan to arrange and assign cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and guide the arrangement of cadres and civil servants of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations (when merging Hoa Lu district and Ninh Binh city).

The Party building organization sector needs to promptly advise on the issuance of plans, instructions and organize reviews, evaluations and classifications of Party organizations and collectives and individual cadres under the management of the Party Committee Standing Committee in 2024; pay attention to creating sources for Party membership, paying attention to religious dignitaries and officials; continue to advise on the implementation of steps in the process of building an electronic Party member handbook application.

Grasp the internal political situation and the situation related to internal political protection work in the province; discuss with specialized agencies to assess political standards for cadres mobilized, planned, and appointed to positions under the management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

Advise on the effective implementation of personnel work and emulation and reward work in 2024; promote emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Party building and organization sector (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2024)...
