TPO - Binh Thuan Provincial Police mobilized and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Khoa, Deputy Head of the Criminal Techniques Department, to work as Chief of Ham Thuan Nam District Police; mobilized Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Tuoi, Chief of Ham Thuan Nam District Police, to work as Warden of the Temporary Detention Camp.

Binh Thuan Provincial Police just held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work for Ham Thuan Nam District Police and the Detention Camp.

Accordingly, at Ham Thuan Nam District Police, Colonel Tran Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police, chaired the ceremony to announce the decision to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Khoa, Deputy Head of the Criminal Techniques Department to take up the job and hold the position of Head of Ham Thuan Nam District Police.

At the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Muoi presented the decision and flowers to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Khoa. Also congratulating Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Khoa were Mr. Dang Van Thai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ham Thuan Nam District Party Committee and Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairman of the Ham Thuan Nam District People's Committee.

At the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Detention Camp, Colonel Dinh Kim Lap, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, presided over the ceremony to announce the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Tuoi, Chief of Ham Thuan Nam District Police, to take up the position of Warden of the Detention Camp.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of Binh Thuan Provincial Police congratulated the two officers and emphasized that Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Khoa and Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Tuoi had both received basic training. During their working time, the two officers always fulfilled their assigned tasks well.

The transfer and appointment of two officials is a regular task, a mandatory work requirement to meet the requirements of political tasks in each period, and is a step to prepare personnel for the upcoming Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
