Le Quang Liem will face Alexander Donchenko (Germany) today (November 14) in round 5. However, it is worth noting that after round 4, many world super grandmasters were eliminated.

Among them, the biggest victims of the surprise in the fourth round were Praggnanandhaa (India) and Vincent Keymer (Germany). Praggnanandhaa (India) lost to Daniil Dubov (Russia) in the tie-break. Meanwhile, Vincent Keymer lost to another Russian player, Andrey Esipenko.

Other highly rated players still present at the tournament include Levon Aronian (Armenia) and Javokhir Sindarov (Uzbekistan). Of these, Levon Aronian is in a different bracket than Le Quang Liem, while Javokhir Sindarov is in the same bracket as the Vietnamese player.
