Despite playing at home, the Vietnam U19 women's team faced many difficulties against the pressing play of the Thailand U19 women's team right from the first minutes of the final match of the 2025 Southeast Asian U19 women's team.
Coach Okiyama Masahiko proactively asked his players to play solidly on their home field, but the Vietnamese defense could only maintain their position until the 26th minute.
