The largest festival avenue in the North is about to appear in Ha Nam

ANTD.VN - The festival avenue and water music stage at the Sun Urban City Ha Nam project are "sprinting" to the final steps of completion, ready to become the fireworks display spot to welcome the New Year of the Snake for Ha Nam people this year.

After the topping out ceremony of the first Art Residence high-rise apartment building at the end of December 2024, many items at the Sun Urban City resort metropolis continued to accelerate construction progress and quickly completed the rough construction.

In particular, the festival avenue axis - the focal point of the 420ha mega-project - is being fully invested by the investor, aiming to put it into operation right on the occasion of Tet, meeting the entertainment needs of residents and tourists. The 1.5km long, 150m wide route has clearly taken shape. Of which, the section from Dien Bien Phu Street to Le Cong Thanh Street is 100% completed, the section from Le Cong Thanh Street to Le Hoan Street is 80% completed.

Along the avenue and King Le canal are a series of landscape works and utilities inspired by the traditional culture of Ha Nam land, meeting the shopping, experience, and check-in needs of tourists, solving the problem of lack of places for local people to play.

Accordingly, Le cafe, Ngu Vo cafe, Cong Chuong walking street, Kim Tien bridge, Thuong Quan restaurant are 100% completed. Kim Long bridge and Vuong Phuc Gallery are 100% finished.

“The architectural and landscape system at Sun Urban City honors the cultural and historical values ​​of the Doi mountain and Chau river land, as Sun Group wants to make this land more beautiful. Therefore, each project is closely monitored during the construction process, not only ensuring progress but also quality and aesthetics” – the representative of the investor Sun Group emphasized.

The highlight of the festival boulevard, which promises to attract a large number of people and tourists, is the modern water music system, applying the world's leading sound and light technologies. After only 90 days of implementation, the longest water music system in Vietnam at Sun Urban City Ha Nam has been basically completed.

“This is the largest water music system in Vietnam to date, stretching 1.6km with 5,280 nozzles and more than 3,100 LED lights, the highest water column is up to 80m. We are currently installing music, completing the system and testing it to put it into service in time for the province's art programs during the Spring At Ty" - Mr. Pham Duy Ky - Deputy Director of Sun Urban City Project Management Board shared.

The water music show, when put into operation, promises to become an entertainment highlight, bringing top-notch artistic performances. Previously, Sun Group invested in a modern water music show at Sam Son Sea Square, creating the most attractive destination for tourists here.

Also located on the festival avenue axis is the Doi Tam Drum Square, which has completed 100% of its rough construction. The highlight is the giant Doi Tam Drum symbol, over 32m high and 20m in diameter. Currently, the talented construction team has completed the installation of the support frame as well as the entire structure of the drum. Other items such as painting and decorative motifs are being gradually completed. In addition, the fountain and stone-paved walkways interspersed with trees are in the final stages of renovation.

Similar to Doi Tam Empty Square, Long Vu Water Square is also 100% completed. The project is inspired by the graceful dragon dance, this is where large-scale fireworks displays will take place in the future.

Not far away, Sun World Water Park is being rushed to construction with good progress, expected to officially open to welcome guests on the occasion of April 30, 2025. This is the golden time for Ha Nam tourism, promising to attract a large number of tourists to visit and experience.

Currently, the system of 12 water games has completed 95% of the structure, 65% of the infrastructure, 40% of the mechanical and electrical works. Works such as installing lighting systems and operating equipment are being carried out in parallel to ensure completion on schedule.

With a construction density of only 18%, Sun Urban City devotes a lot of space to the internal and inter-regional traffic system. Dien Bien Phu Street, 68m wide, phase 1 has completed 100% of the expansion and asphalt work and will be completed with trees before Tet. The route will help connect Phu Thu intersection and Ring Road 5 of the Capital Region directly to the project.

Aiming to become a “suburban resort city with 1001 amenities in the South of Hanoi”, Sun Urban City promises to improve the quality of life for people in the North. This is an ideal place to live, relax and experience, meeting the needs of all people: from the elderly, young families to children.

At the Art Residence high-rise apartment complex, building A1 has completed the roof construction, building A2 was topped out on January 14, 2025. The remaining buildings are under construction up to floors 6-8, ready to be completed in June 2025 for handover to residents.

Meanwhile, along the festival avenue, 70% of the villas have completed the third floor, 50% will complete the roof before Tet. Currently, the investor Sun Group is asking contractors to speed up construction, increase human resources, apply modern technology and work continuously to complete the remaining items ahead of schedule, ensuring quality for operation and exploitation this year.

The art program “Ha Nam – Spring Convergence” to welcome the New Year of the Snake will take place at 10pm on January 28 (29th of Lunar New Year) at the Provincial Administrative Center Square – Sun Urban City Ha Nam (Nguyen Van Linh Street, Lam Ha, Phu Ly). The event will gather more than 100 singers, actors and many attractive performances. In particular, the first high-altitude fireworks display sponsored by Sun Group will bring to the people of Ha Nam profound and satisfying moments during the New Year transition.
