At exactly 7:33 a.m., 3 helicopter squadrons with 10 planes flying the national flag and the Party flag took off to begin a rehearsal in the sky, preparing for the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Lieutenant Colonel Ha Xuan Ngoc, a member of the flight crew of Regiment 916 (Division 371), said that the training in the South during this holiday is different from the demonstration flights at the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory and the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition. "The wind is stronger here, so the pilots have to calculate the flight plan to make sure the flag is straight and beautiful, but the formation of the flight team when passing the stands must also match the time," Lieutenant Colonel Ngoc shared.
