(Dan Tri) - At 3 p.m., storm No. 4 weakened into a tropical depression. It is forecasted that in the next 2 days (September 20-21), rainfall in some places in the Central Central region may reach 100-300mm, even over 500mm.
- Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam and Da Nang provinces will let students stay home from school on September 19. - Dong Hoi Airport (Quang Binh) will temporarily stop operating from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on September 19. - Quang Binh urgently evacuated more than 500 people. - Thua Thien Hue province has a plan to evacuate more than 3,700 households with 13,600 people.

Rainfall at automatic rain gauges such as: Thuong Xuan District 82.6mm; Ngoc Lac District 81.6mm; Cam Thuy District 75.6mm. The current soil moisture status of some areas is close to saturation (over 85%) or at saturation. By late this afternoon, in mountainous districts such as Thach Thanh, Muong Lat, Quan Son, Quan Hoa, Lang Chanh, Thuong Xuan, Nhu Xuan... there is a risk of flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence.
