On the morning of June 18, Ho Chi Minh City Information Technology Association (HCA) coordinated with other units to announce the event of iTECH EXPO 2025 International Technology Fair and Exhibition.

This event will be held at Quang Trung Software Park (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) and will take place for 3 consecutive days, from July 9 to July 11.

Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, Chairman of HCA, head of the organizing committee, said that the highlight of this year's iTECH EXPO is not only the activities of displaying and demonstrating technology, but also a place for businesses to implement direct sales programs with exclusive promotional policies only available at the event.

Another breakthrough is the launch of trade management software designed specifically for exhibitors, which helps access and store target customer information on a digital platform.

According to Mr. Long, since the first organization in 2024, HCA has adjusted the scale of the organization to optimize efficiency and enhance connection value, with 150 technology booths on 4,000 m2 of exhibition area, and is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors, nearly 1,000 connections in 3 days of the event.

iTECH EXPO 2025 is expected to gather technology booths from a number of advanced countries such as China and Russia, along with the key area being the Ho Chi Minh City technology booth cluster - where the city's typical technology enterprises are concentrated.

"In particular, the event also has a separate area for start-up businesses in the technology sector with special support policies to encourage the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship," said Mr. Long.

Notably, HCA representatives shared that two major global technology companies such as Microsoft and Dell have confirmed their attendance at the event and will share topics on artificial intelligence.

Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, said that this event, which brings together many international technology booths, is an opportunity to spread knowledge, connect experts and scientists , and promote the application of technology in practice.

Not only a place to display products, the event also creates a space for in-depth discussion on digital transformation solutions. In particular, in the context of the whole country implementing the merger of administrative units from July 1, this is an opportunity for localities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau to strengthen connections, towards synchronous and effective digital transformation, even in remote areas. "We hope to find solutions to help accelerate the digital transformation process and connect regions more effectively," Mr. Minh emphasized.
