Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center proposes to support 20 personnel to carry out compensation, support and resettlement

(DN) - On May 2, at a working session with the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, proposed that the province direct the mobilization of personnel to support the unit in implementing compensation, support, and resettlement of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

According to Mr. Phu, the center is currently implementing site clearance projects such as: Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway (continuing to process remaining documents), Phuoc Tan Resettlement Area (49 hectares), Tam Phuoc Resettlement Area (35 hectares), Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (1 thousand hectares), Song Nhan - Xuan Que Industrial Park (1 thousand hectares) and a number of other projects.

To conduct a simultaneous inventory of assets at more than 70 enterprises operating in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center urgently needs about 20 personnel with good expertise in compensation, support, and resettlement. The Center recommends that the Provincial People's Committee direct the mobilization of personnel at the district-level land fund development center to support the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in performing its tasks.

In addition, Mr. Phu also recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Department of Agriculture and Environment to mobilize personnel from the Center for Technical Resources and Environment to support the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in the process of counting assets to serve as a basis for consulting units to determine the value of enterprises' assets.

According to this unit's statistics, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park is undergoing functional conversion with more than 70 enterprises operating. According to the province's plan, the land in priority areas (land auctioned for land use rights, land to build the province's political - administrative center) must complete land acquisition in July 2025, the remaining areas must be completed in December 2025.
