DNVN - On February 26, on the first working day, the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center received hundreds of files from people coming to do administrative procedures.
The Center has a Director and 2 Deputy Directors, professional and technical departments including: Reception and Results Department, Monitoring Department, Administrative - General Department.
The center has 2 working floors. The ground floor has 10 units including: Department of Construction, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Transport, Department of Health , Department of Home Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Industry and Trade and Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Zones Management Board.
The first floor has 6 units including the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Science and Technology; Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Justice.
Ms. Le Xuan Hoa - Deputy Chief of Office of Can Tho City People's Committee, Director of Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center said that the Center started operating on the morning of February 26. Transaction hours, in the morning the Center receives documents from 7:00 - 10:30, in the afternoon from 13:00 - 16:30.
People who come to the center to do administrative procedures can choose to wait to submit and receive results directly, otherwise they can go to the post office counter right in the center to submit and receive results sent back to their home (fee applies).
The Center has also requested departments, branches, and localities to increase propaganda work for people about procedures that can be resolved at the district/county level so that people do not need to go to the center.
On the morning of February 26, the center received hundreds of applications from people. The most received were from the Department of Justice (188 applications), the Department of Transport (184 applications)...
Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center is located at 109 Nguyen Trai Street, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho.
Previously, people who wanted to do administrative procedures in the field of a unit had to go to that unit. However, from February 26, administrative procedures will be received and results returned at the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center.
