Comrade Leklai Sivilay welcomed the delegation of Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union to visit, work and exchange in Sekong province. On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Le Kim Thuong - Deputy Secretary of Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union sincerely thanked the warm welcome and good feelings that Sekong provincial leaders had given to the delegation.
“Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union pledges to continue to accompany and closely coordinate with Sekong Provincial Youth Union in youth activities and international exchanges, contributing to preserving and promoting the traditional and loyal friendship between the two provinces and the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos,” Mr. Thuong emphasized.
According to the plan, from June 2 to 6, Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union will organize a volunteer trip, exchanging experiences in Youth Union work and youth movements in the Lao People's Democratic Republic with the following contents: Meeting, exchanging and discussing the results of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding dated August 29, 2023 between the Youth Unions of Sekong and Quang Nam provinces for the period 2023 - 2028 and many volunteer activities.
