Head of the Propaganda Department of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee becomes Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of May 31, Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Head of the Propaganda Department of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee ceased to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Mai Van Chinh believed that in his new position, Mr. Vu Manh Ha will soon grasp the new tasks, fulfill the assigned duties and tasks well, worthy of the trust of the Politburo and the expectations of the Party Committee and people of Lai Chau province.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Giang Pao My - Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, congratulated Mr. Vu Manh Ha on his new position. At the same time, Ms. My also hoped that Mr. Vu Manh Ha would soon participate in the leadership, direction and operation of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee; closely and effectively lead and direct the key tasks of the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking on accepting the new assignment, Mr. Vu Manh Ha emphasized that he will always try his best, constantly strive to study, grasp the work quickly, closely follow the grassroots, properly perform the position and role of work according to the Party's regulations and the State's laws, always be proactive in work, dynamic and creative for the common good, for the benefit of the people.

Mr. Vu Manh Ha was born in 1979, hometown Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province. He has a PhD from Thai Nguyen University of Medicine, majoring in General Medicine; Senior in political theory.

Mr. Vu Manh Ha is a member of the 13th Party Central Committee (alternate).

He used to hold the positions of Head of the Ophthalmology Department, Ha Giang General Hospital; Deputy Director of the Ophthalmology Hospital under the Department of Health of Ha Giang province; Deputy Director of the Department of Health of Ha Giang province; Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ha Giang province; Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ha Giang province; Secretary of the Hoang Su Phi District Party Committee, Ha Giang province; Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
