Long An College: vocational training quality is improved

On the afternoon of October 28, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Doan Trung Kien visited and worked at Long An College - Can Giuoc campus. Accompanying him were leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Secretary of the Can Giuoc Commune Party Committee Pham Van Bon and Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee Vo Huu Phuoc. At the meeting, the School's leaders said: the school currently has 1,418 students studying in 8 majors including: metal cutting, automotive technology, industrial electricity, refrigeration equipment operation and repair, computer network administration, business accounting, fashion sewing and logistics.

In the 2025 enrollment year, the school achieved 101.9% of the target with 1,700 students (including 750 college students and 950 intermediate students).

In order to improve the quality of training, the school invested in building 5 5-storey practice rooms and workshops with a total cost of about 30 billion VND and new equipment worth nearly 2 billion VND. In addition, the school has implemented many international cooperation programs such as the GIZ project of the German Government and the Aus4skills project of the Australian Government to improve teaching and management capacity. Currently, the rate of students having jobs after graduation is over 95%, with stable income and in the right field of training.
