On the evening of July 21, the Admissions Council of the National Economics University announced the admission scores (except for high school graduation requirements) for the University's regular university in 2023 according to the combined admission method - Groups 4 and 5.
Accordingly, group 4 are candidates who use the method of combining international English certificates with 2023 high school graduation exam scores.
Admission score = (Certificate conversion score + 2 subject exam scores) x 30/35 + bonus points (if any).
Group 5 are candidates using the method of considering candidates from specialized systems, specialized schools, and national key schools.
Admission score = 6 semesters' transcript score + 2 exam scores + priority points (if any).
The National Economics University notes that candidates who meet the admission requirements still need to register and adjust their wishes appropriately to be admitted on the Ministry of Education and Training's common system from July 10 to before 5:00 p.m. on July 30.
This year, the National Economics University will enroll 6,200 students. Of these, graduation exam scores account for only 25% of the target, 73% are for combined admission methods according to the school's own project, and 2% are for direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school.
The school has announced early admission scores with three methods: Admission by international SAT or ACT certificates (DT1); using test scores to assess capacity and thinking (DT2) and admission combining English certificates with test scores to assess capacity and thinking (DT3).
Accordingly, in the DT1 method, the highest benchmark score for International Business is 28.13, some benchmark scores above 27 are E-commerce, Auditing, Logistics and supply chain management, Data science in economics and business.
With the DT2 method, the benchmark score ranges from 18 to 24. Logistics and Supply Chain Management have the highest scores, followed by International Business with 23.43. These are also the two majors with the highest benchmark scores with the DT3 method, with 23.71 and 23.66 points, respectively.
On the evening of July 21, the school also announced the minimum admission score based on the 2023 high school graduation exam results from 20 points or higher, applicable to all majors.
