Tra Vinh University continues to rise to 29th place in the Top 400 of WURI Ranking 2025

The World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) has just released its ranking of universities with real impact. This year, 1,252 universities participated in the ranking, an increase of 180 more than in 2024.

Accordingly, Tra Vinh University (TVU) continues to rise in 2025, ranking 29th in the Top 400 schools with influence and contribution to society, up 13 places compared to 2024 - TVU ranked 42nd in the Top 100. This is the 6th consecutive year that Tra Vinh University continues to rise in the top 100 and top 400 schools. Notably, this year TVU has 3 component categories in the top 50. Specifically, TVU ranks 21st in the B7 component index for Cost-Benefit Management; 23rd in the A2 index for Student Mobility and Openness; Ranked 26th in the B8 index of University Brand and Reputation, TVU achieved this result thanks to the values of promoting innovation and creativity in students, lecturers, school administrators, promoting cooperative thinking with learners and the business community. At the same time, the School expanded Co-op training programs with businesses, training according to orders and promotingeducational quality accreditation according to international standards.

Students have the opportunity to intern or participate in international research projects, receive scholarships to study abroad or participate in student exchange programs. The school has policies on tuition exemption and reduction, scholarships to encourage learning, scholarships sponsored by businesses and philanthropists at home and abroad, subsidies for students in difficult circumstances, overcoming difficulties, ethnic minority students; at the same time, implementing policies on student loans for study, supporting research projects, incubating startups and supporting students in finding jobs after graduation. This is an encouraging result for the continuous efforts of the collective of staff, lecturers, students and employees and partners in cooperation, expanding investment, innovation, improving training quality, teaching and learning activities, scientific research, as well as pursuing values of community service and social responsibility.

Up to now, the University has 27 training majors accredited according to international standards of FIBAA, AUN-QA, ABET, the Dentistry major has met the accreditation standards of the Ministry of Education and Training, contributing to putting Tra Vinh University in the top universities in the Mekong Delta with many programs accredited for international education quality, affirming the University's persistent efforts in improving training quality, aiming towards global education standards.

In addition, for many consecutive years, Tra Vinh University has been in the Top 200 universities with green educational environment and sustainable investment development, according to UI GreenMetric Ranking. For three consecutive years 2022, 2023, 2024, it has won the award for excellent digital transformation.
