The specific recruitment criteria are that graduates must be valedictorians of their respective majors/programs at the time of graduation from a domestic higher education institution, or graduates with excellent grades or higher from a prestigious international higher education institution whose degrees and certificates are recognized as equivalent according to the law.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Head of the Admissions, Communications and Corporate Relations Department at UFM, the university recently organized a meeting with parents and top-performing graduates from various training programs in 2025 to understand career orientations and share the university's policies for developing high-quality human resources in the new phase.
At the meeting, Associate Professor Pham Quoc Viet, Vice Rector of the university, affirmed that this is a promising young workforce, a source of pride, and the future of UFM.
The university's consistent policy is to identify, nurture, and utilize talented students, especially retaining top-performing graduates and valedictorians in their respective fields to participate in teaching and research at the university. UFM will prioritize recruitment and placement in suitable positions, while also investing in and supporting students pursuing postgraduate programs (master's and doctoral degrees), aiming to build a high-quality young faculty that meets the requirements of integration and sustainable development of the university.
